With over 30 years of experience, Julie Christensen is passionate about helping individuals navigate emotional challenges and develop lasting resilience. As a Registered Psychotherapist, she specializes in anger management, stress reduction, and healing from the long-term effects of bullying.
Her expertise includes mental health counselling, psychiatric rehabilitation, traumatic brain injury recovery, and employment counselling. Julie creates a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their emotions and gain practical strategies for healing and growth.
Julie has authored 14 books, including bestsellers The Rise of Rage and Anger Solutions, offering actionable insights to master emotions and regain control of life.
She holds a Master of Arts from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Ottawa. Julie is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She is affiliated with the International Association of Applied Psychology (IAAP), the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals, and the Ontario Society of Adlerian Psychology (ONSAP). Her clinical services are supervised by licensed psychologists under the College of Psychologists of Ontario.
